A. The event takes place on 13-14 November at ExCeL London. You can see the full address details towards the bottom of this page.

Q. HOW DO I REGISTER? 

Q. IS THERE A LIMIT ON NUMBER OF REGISTRATION FORMS THAT CAN BE SENT? 

A. There is a limit of one registration per person. If you wish to register colleagues, please refer to the next question. 

Q. CAN I REGISTER COLLEAGUES?

A. Due to GDPR regulations, you cannot register colleagues but you can refer them. During the registration process, you will be able to refer a colleague where you enter their basic details and that will then automatically prompt them to confirm their registration.

Q. IS THERE A CHARGE TO REGISTER OR ENTER THE SHOW?

A. No, attendance is free of charge for all trade buyers.

Q. WHAT WILL YOU SEND ME ONCE I HAVE REGISTERED?

A. Once registered, you will receive regular updates and news from the event. This will be announcements regarding the conference programme, industry news, offers, and how you can make the most of your visit to the event. 

Q. WHERE CAN I GET THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME INFORMATION?

Q. WILL THE PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE SHOW?

A. Presentations will be available to all attendees approximately one month after the show.
